The company is supplied with a computerised system monitoring the whole production cycle, from the reception of raw materials to the loading-into-the-truck phase. Thanks to a mixing plant, MOLINO MAGRI can supply a complete range of flours that can even be customised to satisfy the needs of every client, from the single craftsman to the big company.
In May 1999, MOLINO MAGRI obtained quality-system certification according to UNI EN ISO 9002 regulations, including the HACCP system. And in September 2002 it aligned itself with UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 regulations.
This brought the whole corporate organization to operate according to regulations that are recognised at international level. The most important procedures are:

As a proof of the great commitment of the company in the Quality Control field, a laboratory has been organised. Three qualified people work in this laboratory and Research and Development of new products and technologies is carried out continuously, together with the University of Milan and Parma.
Upon the client’s request, Molino Magri issues a Supply Specification to guarantee products’ safety from the hygiene and health perspective, as well as a product Technical Sheet, which is a useful tool supplying information on chemical-physical and rheological features of flours.
Molino Magri's commitment to customer service carries on even after the delivery, with an activity of assistance and guidance continuing throughout time.
